We'd like it if each and every person who has taken one of our courses was jumping for joy afterwards, and we're confident that you will find the course immensely useful.

However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with the course we would be happy to refund you the entire amount you have paid for that course so long as you notify the course trainer during or before the first tea break once the course has commenced.

You will (of course) not be permitted to continue with the course and will receive your refund in full within 30 days, with no hard feelings!

We will just ask you to provide feedback so that we can learn why the course did not meet your expectations, and so we can try to improve either the course or its description it in the future.
