Group Training
Booking & Payment
In order to make a booking, payment in full is required. Payment can be made by credit/debit card only by telephoning 01372 46 4321. Your booking is not confirmed until the full balance has been received.
Satisfaction Guarantee (group training only)
We'd like it if each and every person who has taken one of our courses was jumping for joy afterwards, and we're confident that you will find the course immensely useful. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with the course we would be happy to refund you the entire amount you have paid for that course so long as you notify the course trainer during or before the first tea break once the course has commenced.
You will (of course) not be permitted to continue with the course and will receive your refund in full within 30 days, with no hard feelings! We will just ask you to provide feedback so that we can learn why the course did not meet your expectations, and so we can try to improve either the course or its description it in the future.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking over 2 weeks before the commencement of the course, you will receive 100% back.
If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of the commencement of the course, you will receive 50% back.
If you cancel your booking within 1 week of the commencement of course, you will not receive a refund under any circumstances
One-to-one Training
Invoices and payment
All invoices must be paid on receipt. Payment is accepted via cheque with a cheque-guarantee card, credit/debit card, or cash.

Feedback submitted may be used on this website and in future marketing materials.
